COVID-19: Information and special measures

Dear customers, the entire Bandit team sincerely hopes that you and your loved ones are doing well and that you are taking good care of yourself. We are more mobilized than ever to make your confinement as pleasant as possible, we offer you lots of content every day on our Instagram page and our Facebook page . But above all, we are mobilized to ensure that your packages arrive at your home.

Our fabulous logistics team continues to prepare your orders in compliance with safety procedures. Home deliveries are therefore operational.

Faced with this exceptional situation, here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions:


Are you still delivering?
Yes, we still deliver to your home and we adapt every day according to the directives of the Government and La Poste.

From March 30, deliveries should only be made on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. As of now, some delivery sites are closed and delivery is no longer guaranteed for the following postcodes:

Gennevilliers site : 92110, 92200, 92230, 92250, 92270, 92300, 92390, 92400, 92600, 92700, 92800, 93200, 93210, 93240, 93380, 93430, 93450, 93800

Monaco site : 98000

What are the delivery times?
Order preparation times are 3 to 4 working days and then you need to allow 5 to 10 days for delivery once La Poste has collected your package.


What should I do if my package is blocked?
Delivery times are exceptionally extended, due to the situation. Rest assured, even if it is longer, you will still receive it.


What should I do if my package is returned to sender?

My package arrived at a relay point which is now closed, what should I do?
Don't panic! Your package will remain in Le Point Relais until it reopens!
